the last time I served in Young Women's.  Actually .....Shannon was 15 the last time I was there....nearly  20 years ago.  Today I will be sustained as the first counselor in our Ward YW.  When the Bishop asked me I said, "Are you looking for a more seasoned (OLD) leader?"  All I can say is I will do my best.
