10 things.....one for each year!

Hyrum, even at a young age you have been such a great role model for your young brother's and sister's.  We love that about you!

You have always worked as a team with Abigail from the time she would throw her food on the floor and you would crawl under the table and eat it for her.......what a good little clean up man!

You are so good to your family and to Grandpy and me.  You make us so happy!

Even when you get hurt.....you love playing with your cousins.....AND WE LOVE HAVING YOU HERE!

You are so artistic and never cease to amaze us with the things you create and the plays you direct and star in.....what talent!

Your smile is contagious....when you smile...we all smile!

I loved seeing and hearing you perform in your reader's theater.  You were awesome!

We love that you love the temple and you have scripture study and prayer daily with a willing heart.  We also love to hear you read.  You are a genius. 

We love the way you organize the cousins into doing performances for us!

We really miss these days but you have grown into an amazing 10 year old.  I tried to find some pictures of Hyrum READING, PLAYING SOCCER, AND SWIMMING because these are a few of the areas that he has really excelled in.  I love watching him swim and play soccer.  I loved seeing how he came home from school and whipped through his homework without being asked to get it done.  He wrote a poem about playing soccer when I was there.  I thought that he had copied it from a book (IT WAS THAT GOOD), but he had written it himself.

I love hearing him talk in Primary, or give a part in the Sacrament Meeting Program.  He always does such a great job.  I love to hear his annulus of the scriptures when they are discussing their family scriptures.  He is a very deep thinker.  He comes up with things that I have never thought about.

I appreciate that he doesn't feel he is too old to hive me hugs and kisses and tell me he loves me on the phone.  Hyrum is such a wonderful grandson.  WE LOVE YOU FOREVER AND WE HOPE YOUR BIRTHDAY IS A GREAT AS YOU ARE HYRUM!!!!
