Wow....has it really been less than 2 days?

I have to say that the last 2 days has seemed more like 2 months.  I am very grateful to have that time behind me.  I am not sure that I have ever been that scared in my life, but now to look ahead.  Jer and Andrea are naming their new little one Benson LaVel.  We are so thrilled that they are honoring Grandpa Bradshaw. We also know the Grandpa has been a guardian angel watching over Andrea and Ben.  (How thankful we are for guardian angels that watch over our loved ones).
Shad talked to Max this morning (I have not been able to contact Jer) and he said that Andrea and Ben both had good nights. That is such a huge blessing.
Andrea had lost 3 liters of blood in the ambulance alone.....so she has been given mass transfusions of blood and is now doing better.  I know she had not been able to see the baby yet last night, and I am hoping she is able to see him today.  I think they would have to just take her bed to the NIC-U...I don't know if she would be up to a wheelchair ride yet.
Yesterday my day was filled with phone calls and facebook messages.  I felt the love of so many people who are praying for Jer and Andrea and their little family.  I also felt that they are being watched over, and that brought so much peace to me.
I think I cried every tear I possibly have....and then something hits me and I realize how blessed we are to have them alive and I cry again.
I want to bear  testimony that the power of prayer is real.  Priesthood blessings work miracles, as we have just witnessed.  We will continue to pray for their recovery.  WE have been blessed beyond anything we could ever do to earn these blessing.  I am so very grateful!
