years ago. We are feeling pretty old with Jer turning THIRTY SEVEN on this beautiful
EASTER SUNDAY MORNING. We wish that we could be with him to celebrate. It seems like yesterday that this picture was taken (right after we got him home from the hospital and he weighed 5 lbs.) We had to move this chair into the kitchen because the living room "at Louie's" was cold and drafty ( the curtains would blow with the wind). I remember looking at him and thinking he was the most perfect baby I had ever seen (imagine that????). I remember all of those "firsts" we had with him. I don't think I realized at the time how much my life would be changed forever..........but it was changed forever for the best thing that could ever happen. He was such a fun little baby that napped in my arms...and slept with us at night. Then he turned into a cute toddler...a cub scout...a great young man (however he did give me a run for the money once in a while)...a wonderful missionary...a husband and father...and it seems like these years have gone that quickly.
Happy Birthday Jeremy and as you would say, 'WE LOVE YOU...YOU KNOW IT...AND SOMETIMES WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU WISH WE LOVED YOU." WE ALSO LOVE ANDREA AND THE BOYS. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US BE SUCH A BIG PART OF YOUR FAMILY! Jer has some pretty overwhelming things happening in his life as he is the acting CEO of McAllen Medical Center for now. One thing we are always sure of with Jer. He is capable of any responsibility that is thrown his way..even if he had no time to prepare.
WE KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!
