HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY...

TO OUR REAL LIFE FANCY NANCY....AKA ALEXIS!

Oh how she loves to dance....and oh...  she is so good at it!  I loved watching her in her dance class when we were there in Oct. for Elise's blessing!  In fact...she is doing a dance class and then a performance at a High School Basketball Game for her birthday!

Her curls are so cute.  They always frame her face and she looks like a little Shirley Temple to me. (Probably no one reading this knows who Shirley Temple was but she was a darling child actresses)

Alexis loves to do crafts and she made this visor for herself last Christmas.  I bought her this little outfit....it has ruffles all over the sleeves and bottom of the pants.  The only thing that could have made it better for her is if I could have found it in purple and pink!

This little sweetheart picks up quickly on the fact that someone may be left out and it doesn't matter their age.....she will be their friend.  She is so kind!  I just love that about her!

She loves to have fun.  She loved the slip and slide at the family reunion and was fearless about tackling the huge slide.  We loved watching her!

She loves to follow her big sister's example.............and she loves to play with her 2 little sister's also.  She has become a big help to Tasha!

She is so positive that she is a joy to be around.  She has some of her Gramee in her because we both like to "CHAT" AND WE LOVE CHATTING WITH EACH OTHER.  I love the way she will give me details about everything she is doing.  I taught her Primary Class when we were in Omaha and she is new to the ward we attended.  She was so kind to everyone and so helpful to me.  There was a little girl that was severely handicapped in our class and when she started to cry, Alexis helped me get a leader to find her grandfather.  I was amazed at how helpful and mature she was when I had her in class.  She was very quiet, but if I asked her a question she would always politely answer.  When I left the class, I was so proud of her and the amazing girl she has already become.

I hope that she never forgets that we love her so very much and we are so proud of all of these good things she is doing in her life.  We are thankful she is ours and we LOVE HER FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER......HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR PURPLE PRINCESS!
