Elise is one!!!

So new....so pure...so loved!!!

It was way too long before we got to meet this little princess.  I hope we never have to wait this long again.  She looks like a little doll!!

We got a quick trip in to Omaha  in Feb. to see her and she had changed so much!

She was already thinking she was one of the big kids.  Then she was so fun to watch when they came in July, but I was sad too.  She just wanted to be down...pulling herself up to walk along things.  I had missed that cuddly stage that I love so much!

She just looks so tiny and petite to be doing all of the things she is doing....she truly does not hold still.   I learned that to bond with her it  was best to sit by her on the floor and talk to her.  She is very interactive and liked to be played with...just not held.  She is such a sweetheart and good baby.  She is a good eater.....a good sleeper...and so happy! What a blessing she is in our family. I just really want to see her more so that she will come to me when SHE FIRST GET'S HERE.....AND COME TO ME FROM HER MOM OR DAD.  Does that seem selfish?  It seems that she just gets to know me and we leave Omaha or they leave here.  It is hard to have her so far away.  Justin and Tasha...please give her lots of hugs and kisses from us and tell her how much we love her. TASHA TOLD ME SHE HAS BEEN TAKING SOME STEPS ON HER OWN....WHICH DID NOT SURPRISE ME!!   WE WISH WE COULD BE WITH YOU ON YOUR FIRST BIRTHDAY ELISE.....WE LOVE YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETHEART!!!   WE LOVE YOU FOREVER AND EVER!!
