Worried about Hazel...

this morning at about nine o'clock, Gary passed away at home.  I spent a couple of hours there this afternoon, and I will go back up in the morning before we leave to go to Ephraim.
Tonight I am very grateful that all of my children and grandchildren were at this reunion and had the chance to visit with Gary.  I am also grateful that they were all able to see and visit with Gary and Hazel at the time of Ben's funeral.  Gary has been a wonderful older brother and patriarch in the family.  I am so sad for Hazel and their children...grandchildren etc., but I know he is having a joyful reunion with his own granddaughter, his parents, Randy and Colleen, our sweet Ben.....and so many more.  I know that he sees the eternal perspective and his joy is full.  I am so sad for his family, especially Hazel, that will miss him so much.
